What Evil God? I'm a Healer!

Bai Yu is a light-element healer who accidentally transmigrates to the modern world. Grateful for how delicious the food is, he diligently heals people mutated by attacks from strange creatures after every meal.

One day, after doing another good deed, he heads home with a late-night snack. As he steps into an elevator, he hears one of his fellow passengers' earbuds say:

"Have you heard? An evil god has been showing up around your city lately. He enjoys stripping people of their evolutionary abilities, and he even took down the local Paranormal Affairs Bureau and kidnapped its director!"

Bai Yu sighs. These days, there really are all kinds of strange creatures.

"According to the reports, the evil god looks like a young man with white hair. When he broke into the bureau, he was carrying some extra-spicy fried rice noodles and a fruit bowl. You'd better watch out!"

Bai Yu meets the fellow passenger's horrified gaze: ...Wait?

Bai Yu discovers to his surprise that mutated people have an organization of their own. They have secretly infiltrated the world of ordinary people, closely observing their lives. They have even taken control of the entire city and seem to be plotting something.

It's absolutely horrifying!

Without hesitation, he "heals" the organization of mutated people and rescues the only surviving human from within. The man is on the brink of death, but luckily, he met Bai Yu.

Bai Yu snaps his fingers lightly. "You're lucky."

At the time, the director of the Paranormal Affairs Bureau, who had been forcibly brought back, scoffs at him. But with each passing day, he comes to realize just how right those words were.
