My Nemesis Sent Me an Invitation to Elope [Interstellar]

Jiang Youfeng, the Empire's general, has been feeling rather troubled lately.

It's all because his scumbag ex-boyfriend from his student days has suddenly reappeared. They once swore their love would last forever, but the man eventually vanished. Now he's clutching Jiang Youfeng's hand with a crazed expression, asking him to elope.

"Don't get it twisted, Yu Wumian. You were the one who left first. Even a good horse doesn't return to eat the grass it left behind!"

"I know, I know... It was all my fault..."

The man rests his forehead against his shoulder and apologizes again and again, his voice breaking as if he's about to cry.

"Give me one more chance, Feng..."

Yu Wumian, the Zerg Emperor, has been feeling rather troubled lately.

It's all because the young boyfriend he made while disguised as a human at the Imperial Military Academy during his youth is about to be matched with someone and get married.

How can that be?! He only went back to the Zerg to go through adulthood. How did his wife and his warm bed just fly away?!

"Jiang Youfeng, how about eloping with me?"

Yu Wumian buries his face in Jiang Youfeng's shoulder. The other man can't see the blood-red slit pupils filled with madness in his eyes.

[Otherwise, I'll break your wings, keep you by my side, and never let you leave.]

With a strange look on his face, he silently makes a vow in his heart.

Reading Guide:

1. The blurb describes events from the middle and later parts of the story.

2. A love-struck, mad-dog nonhuman Zerg top x a perpetually second-place, aloof human bottom.

3. The Zerg are a single species in this story. They're nonhuman and armored, with a classic Zerg setting. There are no male-female Zerg dynamics.

4. Practicing, practicing the romance plot (muttering incoherently).

Theme: Responsibility matters more than love
