Xialan: Who Rules the Falling Flowers in the Wind?

[Prologue]

The bamboo leaves are still green, and the mountain breeze still laughs.

The bells still dance with an ethereal sound.

But

I've come to meet you,

and the duel you spoke of

will never have a victor.

Beneath the green tomb, your stubbornness

is still as stubborn as ever, isn't it?

A fanfic for the animated series Xialan, featuring Wuma and Lifi. The pairing is set, and this story is not sweet.

The setting involves the events of the first six episodes of Xialan.

I've been steadily updating Xialan fanfiction recently. For now, they're all short stories. I'm not sure whether I'll write a longer fanfic. The stories aren't sweet, really aren't sweet. There may be a little sugar, but in the end I'll always hand you a knife. Comments and error-spotting are welcome.

P.S. I'm a student, so whether I update depends on how heavy my coursework is. I promise I won't drag out the short stories for too long, and I'll try to finish them this week.

P.P.S. I'll start with three short fanfics. I'll be focusing on Xialan fanfiction for a while. If there's a character you'd like to read about, leave me a comment. If I have time, I'll write it. That's all.

[Xialan] Broken Fragments, Scattered Words: Remembering the End Times. Uncle Yao fanfic, sort of a pairing, Yun Yao.

[Xialan] Let the Wind Dance with Plum Blossoms, My Love, Don't Forget: Dulong x Biting fanfic. An unusual pairing, so subtle it's almost impossible to tell they're a couple. You could call it a gen friendship story; what it is depends on your imagination.

[Xialan] Falling Flowers in the Wind: Who Is Their Master? Wuma x Lifi fanfic, with an explicit pairing. A little sugar at the beginning, then a knife at the end.

Theme: A bond between kindred spirits
