The Mouri Detective Agency and all their friends and family: "..."

A certain sleeping detective, with the elementary school kid hidden behind him and all the credit to his name: "They're here to steal our business! I won't allow it!"

Everyone else: Is that the point?

Until one day, a well-known genuine wine from the distillery came knocking... "Do you take commissions? I'm looking for a certain kind of wine."

The society president, who lived like a hermit with a book in hand, smiled slightly. "It's right in our line of business, of course we'll take it. Won't we, my most beloved executive?"

The executive fell silent, brought out a bowl of medicine and made him drink it, then went to the 'science'-oriented agency across the street...

"Let's cooperate. The wine is ours, and you can have the factory."

The Red Faction members, standing at the ready: "Are you talking to us?" How come none of them understood a word?

While everyone stood there bewildered, the muddle-headed detective, who had thoroughly embraced doing nothing, got up and irritably scratched his head. "Tell your president that we're even from now on."

...Everyone's eyes widened in shock. So who here was the outsider?!!!

Reader's guide: Lots of personal headcanons and foreshadowing. We recommend not skipping chapters. The focus is on the plot, with romance as a secondary element.

The distillery is not a normal distillery. It's a genuinely powerful organization, a gathering place for villainous bosses. The Red Faction has only come into contact with a small part of it.

The Wild Dog and Detective Conan characters are the main focus, and get more page time. There are also a few original characters.

1. There's a little viewing sequence at the beginning (now complete): people from the regular timeline watch the memories of characters from an alternate timeline and see all kinds of antics. The timeline is chaotic, and there are lots of personal headcanons.

This isn't the usual mind-bending viewing-story plot. The viewing world is just a transition in the story, so don't let it distract you. As the title suggests, this story is mainly about the people of the Wild Dog Mystery Society.

2. The main pairing is the alternate-timeline Double Black, Dazai and Chuuya. Black-uniform Dazai and Armed Detective Agency Dazai (?) also appear, with a slight love triangle. In fact, they're all the same person: Boss Dazai is the Reaper Dazai, who jumped off a building, spent some time in the Soul Society, and came back.

3. This is a sequel to the alternate-timeline Dazai and Chuuya story in the completed novel next door, When the Female Lead Gained Mind-Reading. You don't need to have read it, though. The mind-reading story's protagonist (with Black Orchid) will make occasional appearances here. The Mouri family and Gin also have plenty of personal headcanons, and aren't on either the Black or Red side.

In the main story, Gin and Ran only get as far as getting to know each other. Any romance will be covered in a separate extra.

Shinichi and Ran are only childhood friends.

4. The crossover includes The World God Only Knows, Mushishi's Mushi, the later parts of Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Rebellion, post-finale Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen starting with the Shibuya Incident, Bleach, Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, and Noragami. Lots of personal headcanons, and it does not continue the original works' later storylines. Includes the canon pairings Hanako and Nene, and Yato and Hiyori.
