Plundering the Rose

*For three years of marriage, Jiang Wan has been the envy of everyone in Jiangcheng's elite circles, the perfect Mrs. Fu.

Though Fu Tingshen is eight years older than her, he treats her well. Jiang Wan doesn't want children, and Fu Tingshen has never pressured her.

He also gives her tremendous support in her career.

Aside from being a little overbearing in bed, Jiang Wan thinks he's the perfect husband.

For their third wedding anniversary, Fu Tingshen personally helped design an art center, named it after Jiang Wan, and gave it to her.

That night, Jiang Wan gave him a gift of her own:

a divorce agreement.

When Jiang Wan was betrayed by her first love, Fu Tingshen appeared before her and led her away from the reporters and onlookers pursuing them.

Jiang Wan always thought Fu Tingshen was the greatest salvation of her life. Only later did she learn that he had orchestrated her breakup with her first love from the very beginning.

For the sake of his younger sister.

*One month after news broke that the president of the Fu Group's marriage was in trouble, his wife, Jiang Wan, was photographed entering the same apartment building as the Fu Group's new rising competitor.

That very night, Fu Tingshen was photographed in an underground garage, stopping Jiang Wan as she returned from going out with her first love. Looking at her, he said, "Wanwan, I know I was wrong. Will you come home with me?"

*The first time Fu Tingshen saw Jiang Wan, she was making plans for the future with her boyfriend.

Fu Tingshen's younger sister pointed to the man beside Jiang Wan and said, "Brother, I like him. Help me."

But Fu Tingshen was looking at another figure outside the car window: a woman in an elegant white dress, with long black hair, so beautiful that every smile and frown seemed unreal.

Fu Tingshen made up his mind: He wanted her.

No matter who else was involved.
