They Say I'm the Savior

Ning Jiayan, male, 19, unemployed and broke. He's always felt out of place in the world. He has no ambitions and just muddles through each day, figuring one day at a time is good enough. Then one day, the Special Abilities Bureau suddenly came looking for him. They not only provided him with round-the-clock protection, but assigned an instructor to train him physically, supposedly to improve his survival skills. He wasn't even allowed to refuse. After being pushed to the brink of a breakdown by the training, Ning Jiayan looked up at the sky and cried, "Why are you doing this to me?!" The Special Abilities Bureau: The apocalypse is about to begin. According to a prophecy, you're the hope of ending it. Of course we have to make sure you can survive the apocalypse first. Improving your survival skills is essential! Ning Jiayan: "..." What? The one who ends the apocalypse? Him? You've got to be kidding! * Six months later, the apocalypse arrived right on schedule. Ning Jiayan: Well, turns out the Special Abilities Bureau really wasn't lying. So he might actually be able to end the apocalypse? But he has no supernatural abilities, can barely fight zombies, and is a complete loser. How could he possibly end the apocalypse? Until the year he turned twenty... The people assigned to protect Ning Jiayan discovered that the zombies were actually afraid of him. Wherever he went, they instinctively kept their distance. The reason turned out to be the fragrance Ning Jiayan gave off. The more intense his emotions, the stronger his scent, and the more effectively it repelled zombies! Before the research institute could figure out what was going on with this fragrance, an incredibly powerful lightning-type ability user arrived at the base. He was stronger than everyone else there, and could easily be called the strongest person in the apocalypse. And he had come for Ning Jiayan. The first thing he said when he found Ning Jiayan was, "Honey, I've finally found you." Ning Jiayan: "???" He was utterly baffled once again. He's a man! Where did this husband come from? You can't just go around making such ridiculous claims! Theme: Face difficulties head-on
