[Legend of Sword and Fairy 4/Zi Yun] Misaligned

Friendly reminder: Ziyun is full of love, and there’s nothing wrong with being a wicked stepmother. Notice: Because of the author’s own embarrassing issues, the story will be thoroughly revised starting from Chapter 11! Dear readers, don’t hesitate to give up on me! Thank you for all your support. I’m going to write the things I love! Things get out of place: once you fasten a button wrong, every button after it ends up in the wrong hole. Once you make the wrong move in a game of chess, every move that follows is wrong too. In chess, you can still turn the tide; victory doesn’t always depend on one move. But with a button, wrong is wrong. Unless you undo that one mistake, everything that follows will remain wrong, twisted in the end. They say there is only one person in the world who can be your other half. In a sea of people, how many can find them? And if they do, is it good fortune or misfortune? I didn’t mean to make this story so heavy. At first, I planned a cheerful tale, but stories often turn out this way: the further you go, the more you realize that happiness never comes easily. That is how Yun Tianhe and Murong Ziying are in my heart, and that is why I wrote this story. Lastly, I hope you enjoy it. Another friendly reminder: three characters in this story have had their genders swapped. If that bothers you, please turn back now. My dad drew the cover for me!!!!!!! It’s my first time seeing Ziying colored with short hair, ahhh! I was instantly wounded by my own story. Can anyone figure out the ending from this cover?
