[My next novel, "Playing Nice" (originally titled "Kiss Me Everywhere"), is about a spoiled little princess who does whatever she wants and a refined scoundrel pretending to be proper. Please add it to your reading list!]
1.
When Xie Tunan first met Qiao Muyun, she was a sweet, well-behaved young woman in her early twenties. She wasn't much of a smiler, but the slightest teasing made her blush. She was as pure as a blank sheet of paper.
He knew she came from a good family.
Too bad he wasn't a good man.
2.
Everyone in Beicheng's upper circles knew that for years, there had only ever been one woman by Young Master Xie's side.
That woman was clever. Every so often, she would get Young Master Xie to bring her out and remind everyone she existed.
Just as everyone thought Young Master Xie would hang himself on that one tree,
the woman finally disappeared for good.
No one knew that Xie Tunan was the one who had been dumped.
3.
When they broke up, Qiao Muyun thought she'd left without a trace. How could she possibly have fooled Xie Tunan?
Xie Tunan was far too proud to say a word of protest. He watched her leave with cold eyes.
And yet she dared to come back.
Later, no one could have imagined that the young master of the Xie family, decisive in business, ruthless in his methods, and cold and aloof, would one day lower his head and apologize to a woman.
He put away all his sharp edges. He was willing to give up his pride and self-respect, so long as she was willing to come back.
"Later, I understood that what haunted me and ate away at my heart wasn't those naked mornings tangled up in desire. It was you. Just you.", Xie Tunan
//Reunion after years apart//Ex regrets losing her//

★Next Novel: "Playing Nice" (originally titled "Kiss Me Everywhere")
1.
Tao Yiwen is a spoiled little princess, notorious among the socialites for being a handful. She can drink and party with the best of them. When she reached the right age, she threw money at a no-name school and went abroad to get a fancy degree.
Fu Zhanxing is S University's youngest associate professor. He has all the annoying traits of a top researcher: old-fashioned, aloof, abstinent, and humorless.
But he also has the good looks that top researchers usually lack.
The moment Tao Yiwen lays eyes on Fu Zhanxing, she falls for his looks. The little princess trades her miniskirts for modest clothes, gives up parties, and pretends to be a respectable young woman for three months. At last, she manages to win Fu Zhanxing over.
2.
For Tao Yiwen's birthday, Fu Zhanxing prepares a surprise. But when he arrives at the party, his usually well-behaved girlfriend is wearing a plunging camisole, drinking whiskey, and chatting with her friend.
Her friend asks, "What did you wish for on your birthday?"
"The first one." Tao Yiwen waves a finger. "I hope my fiance, whom I've never met, is as easy to fool as Fu Zhanxing, and falls head over heels for me with just a crook of my finger."
"And the second?"
Tao Yiwen thinks for a moment and answers carelessly, "Sleep with Fu Zhanxing before I go back to China?"
-Your fiance?
-Sleep with him?
The party is dimly lit, and no one notices Fu Zhanxing standing in the corner. He tosses the gift he prepared into the trash and leaves without a sound.
The next day, Tao Yiwen is "mysteriously" dumped.
It is a little embarrassing, a little disappointing, and just a tiny bit sad. But the princess has lost interest, so she waves it off and goes back to her carefree life.
Until two months later, when she returns to China for a party hosted by her "fiance's" family.
Fu Zhanxing is dressed in a suit, chatting and laughing with ease. His gaze is cool and clear as he looks over at her. His smile barely reaches a third of its full strength as he says, slowly and distinctly, "Fancy meeting you here, fiancee."
Tao Yiwen: ...?
Later, she gets her wish and sleeps with Fu Zhanxing. But once this man takes off his clothes, he's nothing like the refined gentleman he seems to be.
For the first time in her life, the little princess learns what it means to beg for mercy through tears.
Fu Zhanxing bites her earlobe. "Good girl. Cry louder. I like it."
Theme: Prosperity, democracy, civility, and harmony!
It's so funny that even if mom doesn't want dad, she won't want to be late hahahahahahahahahaha
I also want to see Xie Yan and Xie Chiwan again, Chichi is too cute! Yanyan is so cool and so cute!
I really like the author's description of life details in the last few chapters, which is plain but warm.
I've read it three times and I'm still not satisfied
Ah ah ah ah, I really like a family of four
I want to see the follow-up of these two children
I want to see the follow-up of these two children
When I saw Raising a Baby, I felt uninterested, and it felt like the male and female protagonists were swapped.
Sit back and wait for your wife to return [Shy] My wife should also be happy in her third life [kiss][kiss][kiss]
