All These Years of Being Mocked for My Intelligence

As far as Jessica is concerned, all the intelligence in the Monkey D. family was inherited by Dragon. That's why Garp's brain is never online, while Dragon has looked down on her intelligence since they were kids. Having been bullied by Dragon all her life, she is determined to do better than him. So she chooses the Marines, one of the three great organizations, hoping to use connections to get ahead. Instead, she's tossed into boot camp, while Dragon chooses to start a business. She used to laugh at him for it, but now that she sees how he's doing, she wants to jump ship herself. Jessica is determined to become someone like Garp, in rank at least, then coast through life. Her dream is constantly mocked by her fellow cadet Borsalino.

Two endings: Dragon and the old man!
