A Collection of Pointless Stories

A collection of my favorite melodramatic tropes, all short stories. Story 1: The emperor falls for his minister's wife (she dies and he lives, bad ending. Please keep that in mind, everyone. Sigh.) Story 2: A demon empress who waited a thousand years and her human lover, reborn with no memories. (Adapted from a fox spirit trope, but it went off track, so I forced an ending.) Story 3 (on hiatus): A demon sect's female shadow guard, sent by the young master to give his rival a spring aphrodisiac, x a young hero of the righteous martial world. (This one got much longer than expected. I'll update it slowly.) Story 4 (in progress, getting back into writing, updates whenever): A poised female lead on a dating show x a male lead who goes for it as soon as he falls in love. (Dating show, older woman-younger man romance.) P.S. The age gap is eight years! How can a one- or two-year gap even count as an older woman-younger man romance?! P.S. 1. This was originally a fox spirit fanfic, but copyright restrictions mean I can't write it anymore, so I replaced it with this. 2. The whole thing is melodramatic. Don't debate the characters' values; these are just stories for fun. 3. This isn't my main project. I'm just writing whatever comes to mind, one story at a time. Updates are very irregular, so read at your own risk. 4. It was originally titled Springtime in the City, but that sounded too much like a period novel, so I changed it to A Collection of Pointless Stories, also known as A Collection of Blurbs Thrown Together on a Whim.
