The Emperor and Empress Try to Gain Weight

He Xiaoxin transmigrates to an ancient era where being fat is considered beautiful. She becomes the first empress in history to be sent to the cold palace for being too thin, before the emperor has even favored her.

On the first day in the cold palace, a plump concubine bullies her. She puts up with it.

On the second day, another plump concubine bullies her. She puts up with it.

On the third day, a plump maid bullies her. She still puts up with it.

But on the fourth day, when the fat chef bullies her, she can't take it anymore. "No wonder I'm so thin! What kind of food have you been giving me? Move aside. I'll cook for myself!"

From then on, she takes charge of the imperial kitchen, eating and drinking well every day until she finally grows into a big, fat woman.

One day, He Xiaoxin is huffing and puffing as she tries to climb over the wall into the cold palace when three people call out to her at once. She turns back and smiles at them. All three are dazzled. "Where did this beauty come from? Why is she climbing the wall here?"

"..." He Xiaoxin suddenly wonders if there's something wrong with their eyes. She's clearly not fat enough yet.
