Little Sweet Cake

Updates are irregular...

Jiang Chen was a carefree underachiever who openly fell for a girl, only to be rejected when he confessed.

"Why did you turn me down?" After school, Jiang Chen cornered the girl in the classroom, watching her pretty face turn red with embarrassment.

The girl answered in a soft, childish voice, "You'll distract me from studying."

Studying? Studying!

How hard could that be?

Jiang Chen studied day and night, pushing himself to the limit, and finally came first in his grade. Who knew that the girl who always came first would be so upset that he made her cry?

Next up: Saving the Boy Who Turned Dark in the Attic

Xiong Xia transmigrated into a book.

She became one of the female side characters whom the boy in the attic loathed most. Her ending was unimaginably tragic and utterly miserable.

To stop the boy in the attic from turning dark, she brought him food and drink three times a day, hoping he would remember their old friendship and spare her.

Who knew that after bringing him meals for a while, she'd end up falling for him herself!

Bo Xi had once endured darkness and cold, licking his wounds in countless shadowy corners. He never dared to hope for warmth. Everywhere he went was a hellish abyss.

Then he met Xiong Xia, and longing sank deep into his bones.

Xiong Xia: "I only got up an hour late today."

The gloom and coldness in Bo Xi's eyes vanished the moment he saw her.

He said, "You still have to be punished."

Thinking of how irresistibly he could tease her, Xiong Xia's legs went weak.

"No, maybe not."

A little note about this story:

There are plot holes, and the logic isn't rigorous; the logic serves the story. Hawthorn's intention is for every lovely reader to enjoy reading~~ I'll read all your criticism and suggestions, so please be gentle when you point things out~~
