Fireworks Collide with the Stars

Documentary assistant director Shen Yan was filming from a tree when a queen bee gave her a merciless face-slapping. Just before she could swell up like a pig's head, a firefighter rushed to save her.

Who would have guessed that the firefighter officer, climbing to the treetop on a ladder and standing tall as a pine, would be Shen Yan's childhood nemesis, born on the very same day and month as her, and once sharing a single pair of diapers with her!

Years ago, the two of them picked fights with the world, with each other, and with thin air.

They argued over food, drink, and age.

Their slogan: lifelong enemies!

Lu Jiangchen recognized his childhood sweetheart and smiled warmly. "Be good. Call me big brother and I'll save you."

Shen Yan instantly turned into a little porcupine. "Big sis doesn't need you to save her!"

Before she could finish, a firefighter knocked down the nearby beehive with a pole.

Shen Yan spun around and threw herself against Lu Jiangchen's thigh, howling, "Daddy, save me!"

Half the firefighters in the unit stood beneath the tree, watching their captain's face turn red all the way to the tips of his ears...
