You Know Nothing About a Mine Spirit's Appetite

Ye Tengfei's family owned a mountain, and there were mines in that mountain. He was a super-rich magnate in every sense of the word. Ye Tengfei once boasted that even if he spent his fortune until it was gone, he'd have to see whether the mountain itself was willing to run out first. The mountain: I am. Ye Tengfei: ...??? The mine in the mountain... had become a spirit! The mine spirit claimed to be the last spiritual being in the world, born from the essence of heaven and earth. It forbade further mining. Faced with the threat of bankruptcy, Ye Tengfei chose to make money by going into the entertainment industry. Ye Tengfei, a pampered fourth-generation rich kid who had never earned a cent himself, cried out inside: It's bad enough that I have to support my family, but why do I have to support you too!!! Rumor had it that Boss Ye, a golden touch who had enjoyed a lifetime of business success, had an odd hobby. He loved gambling on rough jade. One moment, Boss Ye would be making a fortune on the stock market. The next, he'd be throwing money around wherever the finest jade could be found. But he always lost his bets and never struck it rich. Though one gamble could leave you poor and the next make you rich, Boss Ye had never had to wear sackcloth. No matter how many times his jade bets turned out worthless, the golden touch was always dazzlingly successful in every other field. After yet another successful loss on a jade gamble, Boss Ye went home and watched the mine spirit calmly absorb the jade. His heart filled with weary resignation. Don't ask. The answer is that he loved it before, and still loves it. He has a family to support. What else can he do? Many years later, someone interviewed China's richest man, Ye. "Your husband only appeared briefly last time, but he left a striking impression on many people. Could you tell us a little about him? What kind of person is he? He must be exceptional to have won the heart of the richest man." Ye Tengfei: "You could say he's a young man with four virtues: money, abs, a good heart, and a caring nature." The reporter let out a long, suggestive 'Oh' and joked, "And lastly, good looks?" Ye Tengfei replied expressionlessly, "No. He's sick." Theme: The protagonists work hard to build a better future and inspire a spirit of perseverance.
