After Someone Tore the System Apart

After Jin Qingyun was hit by a car and became a vegetable, he was bound to a System. The System told him that as long as he acted, he could obtain all kinds of props, anything he could want.

He could also choose a partner.

Jin Qingyun thought, What? Such a good deal?

He immediately chose the kind passerby who had called 120 and was taking him to the hospital.

However, the System stopped responding the very next day.

His heart sank.

Would he ever wake up? Was he going to be a vegetable for the rest of his life?

Who knew that the next day, he would wake up, full of life.

But the world had changed.

He saw that his childhood friend had grown a pair of dog ears, that a famous devoted husband of a CEO had a bug sleeping on his heart, and that several transparent little girls were perched on the back of a well-known philanthropist...

Ha! The world had finally gone completely insane in a way he couldn't understand!

At first, Jin Qingyun only wanted to repay the kind passerby. Later, all he wanted was to curl up in his benefactor's arms and draw courage to face this absurd world. After that, he realized that his benefactor was also part of this absurd world. By then, though, he had learned to face the strange world with composure. Calmly, he held his benefactor in his arms and gathered up his nine fluffy tails.

The ancient nine-tailed fox had slept for a thousand years. Before he could adjust to this rapidly changing society after waking, a reckless dream demon dragged him into a dreamscape.

How interesting. Something in this world dared to lay a hand on him?

He crushed the dream demon and promptly forgot the whole thing.

Who could have guessed that he would be pursued by a human, and, even more unexpectedly, lose his heart and become utterly captivated? His tails curled around that person, never to let go.
