Trapping Him in a Gentleman's Snare [Rebirth]

After being reborn, Xin Chun finally understood: life shouldn't be weighed down by too many worries. Happiness is what matters most.

And his happiness is simple.

To Xin Chun, Ou En seems like a gentleman on the surface, but in truth he's a hunter who excels at setting traps. Once he sets his sights on prey, he'll use any means necessary to claim it and devour it whole.

In their previous life, the two met for the first time.

Ou En asked him coolly, "How old are you?"

Xin Chun ignored him.

Later, after the hunter had played his tricks on the prey, trapped him, and the wolf had eaten the rabbit...

Only then did Xin Chun realize that the hidden meaning behind "How old are you?" was: If you're of legal age, then I can pursue you.

The man had fallen in love with him at first sight.

After being reborn, Xin Chun says, "The most sophisticated hunters often appear in the form of prey."

Ou En: "Are you a rabbit? Why'd you jump so far away?"

Xin Chun: "I'm afraid you'll eat me."

Later, Ou En realizes that the little white rabbit he'd imagined is actually a black-furred rabbit. Like the craftiest prey, it knows there's a pit ahead and jumps right in anyway, wagging its tail as it waits for him at the bottom, then weaving its nest all over again inside the trap.

Xin Chun: "I fell into your trap, and you were hidden away in my nest."
