The Emperor's Retired Life

My completed feel-good, self-indulgent little novel: "Farming in the Immortal Realm" My next upcoming feel-good novel: "The National Treasure's Owner Came Back from the Dead!" One day, she travels back to ancient times and discovers that the founding emperor is a time-traveler too. The mighty founding emperor spares Bai Xiaotao the misery of foot binding. Her brother is a brilliant official, the young emperor is fiercely protective of his own, and the Embroidered Uniform Guard is a loyal puppy. Bai Xiaotao's trip back in time was worth it. She learns to read and write, then opens a farm. Her pesticides produce a bumper harvest, and she is made a commandery princess. Bai Xiaotao thinks she came here to develop ancient agriculture. It isn't until she uncovers the identity of the Embroidered Uniform Guard at her side that Bai Xiaotao realizes she was brought here to be the royal family's child bride. The founding emperor is still alive, and he's after her, a tender young sprout. >_< Theme:
