My Wife Is a Tigress

Before General Kuang passed away, he entrusted Kuang Linlong to his close friend, the Prince of Zhennan. Lord Xiao decided that his heir, Xiao Jingyue, should marry Linlong to set the general's mind at ease.

But wasn't Kuang Linlong the general famed as the most handsome man in the imperial capital, able to slap a bear to death with one hand?

Xiao Jingyue was horrified. "Father, I'd rather die than become a man who marries another man!"

The Prince of Zhennan smiled. "Jingyue, you've misunderstood. Linlong is a woman."

Xiao Jingyue burst into tears. "Father, I'd rather marry a man than marry a shrew!"

The Prince of Zhennan said indifferently, "You unfilial brat, go marry a man, then. The heir to the Prince of Zhennan's title can be replaced, but the heir's wife cannot!"

With no other choice, Xiao Jingyue married Kuang Linlong, sniffling all the way. He had thought he would never give in, even if it killed him. But the shrew launched her attack, and the heir's body fell. The shrew attacked again, and the heir's heart fell, too.
