A Master Con Artist [Entertainment Industry]

[Complete] The sitcom Stormy Family ran for five seasons. Qin Shen and Zhong Yi played brother and sister in it for ten years, growing up together on set. They were the perfect example of childhood sweethearts, except their relationship was just like the siblings they played onscreen: they'd been tormenting each other for three hundred years. The whole world wanted them to get together, but they said Qin Shen: "I'm not into guys." Zhong Yi: "I don't like my steak well-done, and I feel the same way about dating." The disappointed CP fans resigned themselves to shipping the pair quietly, until one day Qin Shen, who was always trying to get the better of Zhong Yi, went easy on her during a variety show competition. When asked why, he answered, "I'm afraid of my wife." "You old dog Qin, when did you start fantasizing about me, your goddess?" "Twenty years ago. The first time I saw you. Got a problem with that?" "So you played hard to get for twenty years? You high-class con artist!" This is the story of a child-star couple finally getting together, and of an acting career that no one believed in, weathering hardships and tears before finally making a comeback. Before you start: 1. The blurb is just background. Don't take it too literally. 2. One-on-one romance. The male lead has to work very hard to win her over. 3. A sweet romance, though the plot has its ups and downs. 4. The female lead is all about her career and clueless about love. Theme: Never give up, no matter what.
