You're More Interesting Than My Thesis

☆ "You're Prettier Than My Thesis" [A heartwarming, sweet little story, complete] ☆

A story about a woman with social anxiety and a man with mild anorexia comforting each other. Psychology top student and aspiring writer (screenwriter) VS genius director and warmhearted childhood friend. A little showbiz, one-on-one romance, mutual unrequited love and healing.

[Blurb 1]

A rising director in the film industry? Her senior in the psychology department? The admin of a fan group? Just how many secret identities does the idol she's had a crush on for five years have? Su Jiaqi only wanted to quietly work away in the lab and be the perfect "other people's child." Who knew this idol would lead her down a path in film that she had never imagined?

It turns out life really does have countless possibilities. If you write sweet showbiz stories, you should visit Hengdian; if you write exhilarating business dramas, you should spend a few years at an investment bank; and if you write melodramatic romance, you should marry Director Xu, who's been following you around since you were little.

[Blurb 2]

When Su Jiaqi first joined a film crew, everyone was kind to the newcomer. From the male lead to the makeup artist, they all called her "our little screenwriter" with great affection.

Only the director, Ji Po, was different: "You've been revising the script for half a month. How come there's no improvement?"

But Director Xu was known for his strict-teacher style, so it was nothing unusual. Until one day, the director went missing. His assistant panicked and searched the entire set, but couldn't find him anywhere.

The producer stopped him: "The director and the little screenwriter just went back to their hotel room..."

The onlookers were shocked and shot them curious glances.

The producer calmly continued: "To eat."

The onlookers had just breathed a sigh of relief when they immediately looked as if they'd seen a ghost.
