The City God’s Civil Servant

Shamefully giving in to temptation, Jiang Zhihuai became a caretaker at Xilong Mountain Cemetery, a century-old graveyard, and began a life of occasionally pulling night shifts.

Only, while the other caretakers were handed flashlights and batons, his boss gave him a Soul-Whipping Whip!

On his first day, bracing himself to start work, Jiang Zhihuai trembled at the sight of all kinds of ghosts, while all the local ghosts trembled at the Soul-Whipping Whip in his hand.

This is enough to scare a ghost to death! Could you put away that vicious weapon first? We can talk this out, Mr. Caretaker.

Not long afterward, Jiang Zhihuai faced a promotion exam. The exam materials they handed out left him speechless.

"Funeral Services Supervision Regulations (Internal Edition)"

"New Ghost Rights Law"

"Regulations on Penalties for Offering Safety Violations"

"Requirements for Getting Through the First Seven Days After Death Reasonably and Legally"

What the hell is this stuff?! (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻

This is the story of someone who applied for a job at a century-old cemetery, thinking he'd be a parking lot attendant, only to discover he was actually the manager of a ghost market.
