[Online Game] A Unlucky Player Never Gives Up

Tan Tianlang is a gaming enthusiast and plays all kinds of games.

He always thought skill was the most important thing in a game.

Then, after drawing a dud R card for the Nth time in a card game; watching slot machines of every kind eat his money without paying out; never rolling the number he wanted on the dice; and never drawing either Joker in Fight the Landlord, he suddenly realized that luck mattered too.

At last, the utterly unlucky Tan Tianlang accepted his fate. He tried to make up for his bad luck by spending money in The Seventh Night, the first full-dive VR game.

But then he discovered that some people are so lucky it's downright infuriating!

Xu Laizhou: Want to see my dungeon full of gold gear?

Tan Tianlang: I think there's still hope for me...

Xu Laizhou: ...Actually, you can just come share mine.

In short, this is the story of a walking jinx getting played by a lucky charm!

The game focuses on everyday life, various quests, and battles. Their relationship gradually turns sweet. It's a simple, sweet slice-of-life story.

Mutual pampering, two people quietly being good to each other, a whimsical story + a future full-dive Western fantasy MMORPG + 1v1 + happy ending.

A little self-promotion: Please add my modern danmei novel [Showbiz] Is the Movie Emperor Losing It Today? to your reading list. My completed short story, I'm a Rock, is also there if you'd like to take a look!
