Gin's Tale

Announcement: After talking it over with my editor, the novel will go premium on the 22nd. There will be three chapters that day, so please look forward to it. I made a few small edits to the earlier chapters. They won't affect your enjoyment of what's to come, qvq. At first, Gin thought his life would be spent working for that distillery full of double agents and spies, and that on the fateful day, he would die beneath an inescapable destiny. But after setting out to collect antiques to repay a favor, Gin realized that something about his life was seriously off. Wait, how did I go from being a big shot in the black underworld to a savior of the world??? Did I get the wrong script? P.S. CP 270. I will not whitewash Gin! I will not! After the distillery goes under, Gin has another way to escape. Gin has a huge background, so much so that the whole world has his back. He's incredibly overpowered! The working title was: A Look at That Distillery Big Shot Who Keeps Saving the World Good grief! The distillery's only decent person has defected to save the world! A crossover with lots and lots of series, involving gods, demons, monsters, and the like. A mountain of original headcanons, and out-of-character behavior everywhere. Coming soon: How Can I Survive in a Group of Undercover Agents with No Memories? One day, in some year and some month, [I] woke up and discovered that [I] had lost [my] memories. Aside from everyday habits and a few skills that clearly no normal person should have, [I] remembered nothing. Just as [I] was at a loss, a white-haired man wearing a blindfold appeared before [me]. He very [kindly] called [me] [big brother]. P.S.: 1. The information in the blurb is not all true. 2. The protagonist is Gin. His identity involves some borrowed ideas. I want to write two white-haired guys being affectionate with each other. 3. Pairing undecided. 4. Since Gin has amnesia, please don't trust his deductions completely. 5. His memories are wiped at midnight every day, like a disk cleanup deleting the memories from the day before yesterday. 6. Torturing Gin makes me happy. His character may be a little too perfect, so read with caution if that's not your thing. 7. Third-person narration. 8. Everyone has different tastes. If you're not enjoying the story, please click the X and cut your losses. Blurb posted on 2021.07.02 Coming soon, number two: Varia's Cloud Guardian Gin During an accident involving the Ten-Year Bazooka, Sawada Mamoru met a man who seemed to be the [lover] of his future self. Though they spent only a short time together, he couldn't help growing curious about the man. Then, by chance, Sawada Mamoru overheard his teacher discussing an organization. Once he confirmed that this was the place where he and the man had met, Sawada Mamoru decisively abandoned his own useless boss and went undercover at the distillery to [help resolve his teacher's concerns]. And, while he was at it... He'd get to know his future boyfriend. P.S.: Out-of-character behavior ahead. In this setting, Gin was adopted by his mommy and daddy as a child, qvq. Gin really has it rough. Everyone at the distillery is either a double agent or an idiot. The distillery has no future, so he'd be better off joining the big happy Vongola family. Out-of-character warning: you'll see a Gin who's wildly out of character in this story. After all, they're all members of the Sky family, qvq. The pairing is that guy from My Lover Is a Man Who Belongs to the Nation. Theme: No matter where you are, as long as you carry light in your heart, you can fear nothing and move forward bravely.
