[Completed work: “You, Deep in the Heart of Time” (GL)] [Next story: “Ace Mediator [Quick Transmigration]”] Shen Tang and Xie Yaoling first meet on a crowded pedestrian overpass. She glances at the sign beside her that reads, “Phone screen protectors, 10 yuan each. Fortune-telling available,” and mutters under her breath: “Even blind people are out here selling screen protectors on overpasses these days?” Only later does she learn that this blind woman is one of her... bosses after she changes careers. On her first day at work, Xie the Blind Woman hears her voice and asks, expressionless: “What's your name?” Shen Tang thinks fast. “...Ruan Baitian!” Later still, she discovers that this woman is the fiancée her grandfather arranged for her when she was a child. Shen Tang: “...” I might as well just die. [Use others as a mirror to see your gains and losses; use you as a mirror to understand longing] About the upcoming story: 1.
