Zhu Zhu sings so off-key that anyone who hears her tells her to spare them a couple more years of life.

After transmigrating, Zhu Zhu thinks that ancient and modern people must have different tastes, so she can sing as much as she likes. As it turns out, ancient and modern people are remarkably alike in this regard. They all beg her to spare them.

But sometimes, the things other people don't like are exactly what someone else loves.

Zhu Zhu thinks that the handsome young man who works at the Dali Temple is a civil servant, good-looking, and well-built. Most importantly, he doesn't mind her terrible singing. And most, most importantly, it seems... he might like her a little?

But after the young man tricks her into going home with him, she learns that he's face-blind and relies entirely on voices to recognize people. She's just a little different from the others in his voice-recognition system, which is why he looked at her twice in a crowd.

In short, this is a story between a gentle (ruthless), elegant (brutal) face-blind male lead and a female lead who loves (can't) sing (in tune).

In one sentence: A love story between two people who are each half-broken.
