A Long, Winding Road of Song, Shining on the Bright Moon

Heaven and earth were in chaos, and all things possessed a spirit. Humans and demons waged war without end for hundreds of years. The Dao and demons, humans and ghosts: how could those on different paths find lasting love or stay together forever?

She is also a dying woman with nowhere left to turn, afraid that her death would taint the world.

He is also the cold-faced yet softhearted, loyal and devoted Daoist priest of the sacred mountain, second only to The Outcast.

So he said, "Since you don't want to, I have no choice but to force you to stay by my side."

To Yushu, the most foolish thing this baffling man ever said was in the torture chamber: "...If they still have objections, I don't mind going to war against the entire demon clan."

She was exasperated and called him crazy.

He said, "You drove me crazy."
