[Hunter X Hunter] You Come from the Dark Continent

I write for love, for my own enjoyment, so I don't accept writing advice. Updates whenever inspiration strikes. Thanks to the little angels willing to wait. If I come across the occasional brainless comment, I'll clap back or delete it. Using someone else's ideas without permission is plagiarism. Please be aware. If you don't know what that means, search Baidu for “What does idea borrowing mean?” Baidu's official Chinese dictionary has a dedicated entry explaining: “It's basically plagiarism.” You should get the original author's permission before borrowing their ideas or original setting, and credit them in your story description. Taking something without asking makes you a thief. Please be aware. In Hunter x Hunter, a manga that's been transmigrated into more times than anyone can count, some people land on Whale Island, protected by the protagonist's halo, and start on easy mode; some land on Kukuroo Mountain, join the butler corps, undergo proper training, and start on hard mode; and some land in Meteor City, struggling to survive on hell mode. If they're lucky, they get to witness the birth of the Phantom Troupe. If they're unlucky, they become part of a trash heap. But you're different. You landed on the Dark Continent. [Wendy is male, not gender-swapped. Written before Togashi resumed the series, with a fan-created version of the Dark Continent.] [The values are warped, and there are no good people. If that's not your thing, click X.] [Some settings are inspired by Don't Starve, Junji Ito's manga, the SCP Foundation, and the Cthulhu Mythos.] [Chapters 1-20 revised before 2020.9.3] Theme: Stay true to your original aspirations and press on.
