Naruto: Baby Is a Yandere, Don't Mess with Them

Content warning: The protagonist is a third-generation black-market heir. If you can't accept that, please leave! Thanks~

Naruto was a psychopath in his previous life and was reborn after dying. This Naruto is very gentle, but also has a split personality and is yandere.

Getting up early: hypoglycemia, liable to faint at any moment and go into shock.

At school:

Iruka: Lord Hokage, are you kidding me? Uzumaki plus the Nine-Tails, and he has low blood sugar?!!!

The Third: (It seems I have even more wrinkles now.) He flings over the medical records.

Skipping breakfast: triggers nervous stomach problems. He collapses and can't get up, and might cough up blood at any moment.

During the genin test:

Kakashi: Lord Hokage, are you kidding me? Uzumaki plus the Nine-Tails, and he might cough up blood at any moment?!!!

The Third: (I feel like even smoking is a crime now, because the medical ninja said he can't be around cigarette smoke.) He flings over the medical records.

However... his strength skyrockets while sleepwalking. When awake, he seems to have a split personality and multiple personality disorder. And he has a cross-dressing fetish!

The Third: (What do I do? I've started missing Orochimaru.) Exhausted.

Kakashi: My heart aches.

Sasuke: Hmph. During my time on a team with Naruto, I finally stopped being Fatty Sasuke. Itachi, all the way over in the Akatsuki, I resent you for abandoning me to deal with this guy. Orochimaru, wait for me~

Sakura: I went from a softie on the outside and a tough guy on the inside to an all-purpose caretaker. Naruto has completely worn away my violent side.

Naruto: Ah, I'm so gentle~

Everyone: You little troublemaker.

Pairings: Sasuke, who isn't obsessed with revenge and only wants to escape Naruto, as the top, vs. Naruto, delicate and weak but incredibly demanding, as the bottom.

Kakashi, exhausted from being tormented by his student, who even thinks his teammate's fake death and deception were a good thing, as the top, vs. Tobi, a chuunibyou villainous big boss who thinks he can do anything and everything, as the bottom.

Theme: Only by fighting for it yourself can you take control.
