[Shrouding the Heavens] The River of Time

Some things were submerged in the long river of time.

Heads-up:

1. The main pairing is Great Emperor Wushi x Undying Heavenly Emperor. No switching roles. Other pairings may be mentioned in the extras.

2. This story came from a flight of fancy, mixing canon with my own headcanons. The protagonist is Great Emperor Wushi, who has already entered the Strange World and is facing off against the Undying Heavenly Emperor, and the Undying Heavenly Emperor, who has just fallen out of the Immortal Realm. There is only one main plotline: raising the other. Joining the Heavenly Court and founding the Primordial Era, and so on, won't be covered at all.

3. Though it probably won't come up, the Heavenly Emperor and Heavenly Empress were politically married, and neither has feelings for the other.

4. It's a short story, and I'm not sure when I'll write it.

Theme: Even after crossing endless years, I will meet you again.
