The Imperial Noble Consort Is Her Only Favorite

When they first met, Xia Qing was a Noble Lady who had just entered the palace, while she was the lofty Imperial Noble Consort.

Later, Xia Qing became Empress. Upon the phoenix bed, the bewitching and alluring Imperial Noble Consort raised her phoenix eyes slightly. "Empress?"

In the end, one of them became an empress renowned through the ages, while the other became a virtuous female chancellor sung of by all.

Xia Qing had long heard that the current Imperial Noble Consort was cruel and ruthless. She had deposed the previous empress, and rumors said that women's screams often echoed through her palace.

Later, by a twist of fate, Xia Qing entered the palace through the selection. She was careful at every turn, yet still failed to escape that woman's clutches.

After that, the woman raised her step by step to the position of Empress.

And so, every day, sounds that set the heart pounding rang through that palace.

This is the story of two women in the imperial harem falling for each other, leaving the emperor out in the cold, enjoying a happy life together every day, and ultimately seizing the throne.
