The Movie Emperor's Darling

Action superstar Ye Shuo rescues a beauty on the street late at night, only to be photographed by paparazzi. The girl in the photo is visible only as a blurry silhouette from behind. Rumors spread everywhere, and talent agencies try to prove that the girl in the photo is one of their own actresses. The legendary Best Actress posts a nighttime selfie with the caption, "Walking alone at night is terrifying." The implication is unmistakable. A marketing account posts a candid photo of Ye Shuo with a certain actress, captioned, "The truth is out: the person the Best Actor rescued that night was her." While everyone is left baffled by the guesses, they notice that the Best Actor has reposted a Weibo post featuring a nighttime street scene. A man's silhouette is faintly visible, looking remarkably like Ye Shuo. The caption is just four words: "The night is alluring." Ye Shuo adds only one line: "Little girl, be careful when walking alone at night." Ruan Miao's Weibo account is dug up, and she instantly takes over the trending topics.
