[Dream of the Red Chamber] Jia She, the First Grand Secretary

The renowned Stable General, Jia She, has been reborn and plans to live differently this time: master both civil and martial arts, then offer his talents to the emperor.

Of course, first he needs to replace the plaque over his family home with one that reads: First-Class Divine Might General's Residence.

Preface to The Sayings of Lord She, the Just: From Third-Rank Concubine to Grand Secretary, it is all thanks to my incorruptible service, my love for the people as if they were my own children, and my tireless efforts, day and night, never sparing myself...

The Emperor: "Heh. Stepmother, Father says come home for dinner."

Content warnings

1. Jia She is career-minded, a little scheming and ruthless, and a white lotus in disguise.

2. Logic has left the building. It's a fake progression story, written for fun.

3. The Twelve Beauties of Jinling are just passersby, and won't be deliberately rescued. Grandmother Jia has had a stroke, and the Second Branch are cannon fodder.

I discussed it with my editor, and this will go premium this Friday (January 19, 2018). I hope my dear readers will subscribe and support me. Kisses!
