My Horror Game Has Infected the Real World

[Blurb already screenshotted] Wen Ting is a gaming enthusiast. He used his account to join the beta test of a horror game. At the start of the game, players draw random cards to obtain buffs, but the cards contain hidden traps and will probably determine whether they live or die. Other players draw cards: "Congratulations, you have received immunity to corpse poison, concealed presence, five minutes of stealth..." Wen Ting draws cards: "Congratulations, you have received the gaze of a vengeful ghost, a dead man's head, an invitation from the underworld..." Everyone was congratulating themselves for not drawing cards with a death flag on them, when they saw Wen Ting take a terrible hand and play a royal flush. Everyone praised the game as fun and interesting. That is, until one day, red fingers began growing on the leaves of trees in the real world. 1. Please don't nitpick, repost, or make ranking lists.
