[Detective Conan] March Cherry Blossoms

[Note: I came up with this in middle school, and the early part still has some Mary Sue elements (?). I took a long break in the middle, and have since recovered some of the old settings. Some earlier content will be explained later, and parts that seem a little unreasonable will be clarified. Everyone interprets characters differently, so please be understanding.]

I still remember it to this day:

That March many years ago, in the season when cherry blossoms filled the air, she came toward me against the light, held out her hand, and gave me a smile I could never forget.

Her eighth birthday became a wound in Mochizuki Yayoi's heart that would never heal.

Her father's death was inextricably linked to the Black Organization.

From an innocent little girl to a secret member of the FBI, then an undercover agent in the Black Organization under the name Peppermint.

Could her clear blue eyes and her radiant smile, as vivid as cherry blossoms in spring, survive in that dark world?

“You said I was your light, but I've long since been buried in the darkness.”

“Maybe I was your light back then, but now you're the sun that burst into my world without warning and warmed me.”

“Having been ruled by two sides of myself since I was eight, do I still deserve to be loved?”

“You have no idea. Back then, you held out your hand to me, and with cherry blossoms swirling all around, you looked just like Thallo, stepped out of a painting.”

“So when I met you again, I wanted to do everything I could to erase the sorrow in your eyes.”

“No matter which side of you is the real you, all I want to say is that I love ‘Mochizuki Yayoi,’ every part of her, everything about her.”

Reader's guide:

① The female lead has dissociative identity disorder. Her identities share memories. She's somewhat unhinged and not exactly normal, though she acts normal most of the time (?).

② The story mainly focuses on the original mystery-solving plot, with a fairly weak romance (?).

③ The female lead is an original character with tons of maxed-out skills. If you ask why, she learned them in London (?).

④ The male lead is Kaito Kuroba. 1v1, happy ending, with both angst and sweetness.
