[Harry Potter] Glory to You

The very first Astronomy lesson of first year was about stars. The bright moon hung high in the night sky. From the Astronomy Tower, the students could see the scattered points of light in the sky more clearly, but they could also tell more directly that there really were not many bright stars to be found this time of year.

After staring through the eyepiece for a long time, Draco suddenly straightened up and excitedly tugged at Capella, who was still adjusting the telescope beside him.

"Look, Capella," he said, gazing at her smugly. His warm palm was still wrapped around her wrist. "I found you!"

☆

"You are just you, Draco."

"One hug is enough, Capella."

☆

Capella is not Draco's star.

But Capella is Draco's one and only star.

☆

You are mine, and my glory belongs to you.

A few things to know before reading:

① The female lead is an unconventional Slytherin and a half-blood.

② The ending is HE. This story focuses more on daily life, with relatively little main plot.

③ Draco is not perfect, but I sincerely hope someone can quietly stay by his side through the hardest period of his life. He deserves to stand in the sunlight.

④ This story does not bash any house, though some things may be idealized to a certain extent. I have also included some personal headcanons, including some about the era of the Marauders. If that bothers you, please click away.
