[Harry Potter] Unlocking the Future

The young man named Harry Potter comes from the postwar timeline of the original story.

But an accident sends him to another world, one that is very similar, yet completely different.

The difference is that he gets bound to a System. [Probably]

The magical System interface is made up of doors, each with a lock.

The System tells Harry Potter that completing the relevant tasks will let him open the locks, one by one.

The unusual thing is that once a lock is opened, what's behind the door...

is, to be precise, a fragment of a soul.

They can be pieced together into people from the original Harry Potter world [no, into souls].

But guess who Harry pieced together? [More than one]

Harry not only opened the locks, but also unlocked a brand-new future for himself.

P.S.

1. This is just an idea, so updates may not be regular.

2. You can think of it as an AU, since the characters may inevitably be OOC, but I'll do my best.

3. This idea... I think it's a little strange... I've been reading System and HP stories lately, then suddenly wondered what would happen if I put the two together. System stories always hand out quests, and completing them gives you rewards, and then I...

4. But honestly, I think an update every ten-odd days is quite possible.

[Lighting a candle for myself]

5. No idea about the pairing. We'll see.
