Everyone in Our Group Has Made It Big Except Me

One has-been versus a group of big-name authors There was once a group where everyone came from the same hometown. It had been around for seven or eight years. At first, they were all nobodies, working hard and cheering one another on. Except for the ones who disappeared midway to live their real lives, every account still active became famous. Everyone except Bai Di. Bai Di was a perennial failure, and he spoke for all failures like him. A typical day in the group: Mosaic A: I'm planning to buy my parents a house in Hainan. Any suggestions? Mosaic B: Wuzhishan is too remote, and Sanya is too commercial. That new Bi X Garden villa development in Wenchang is pretty good. Mosaic C: Why not just go straight to Whitehaven Beach in Australia? Bai Di: Wrapped up in my little blanket.jpg Mosaic A: It's so hot out, and Old Bai's still under a blanket. Isn't he worried about getting heat rash? Mosaic B: Old A, have you not used a meme in hundreds of years? Mosaic C: Old A is busy making money, of course he doesn't have time for that. Only Old Bai spends all day posting memes. He's pretty funny, actually. [Smile] Bai Di: ... A master of success. A beautiful young woman inspiring others with her weight-loss journey. A rich, beautiful woman studying abroad. A stay-at-home mom with hidden depths. Successful people each have their own kind of success, but failures are all alike in their failure. Then one day, a failure who was destined never to make it big was approached by an executive at a film company. Was this a lucky break from heaven, or a new scam by a fraudulent company? Come along with us into Our Group's Big Shots All Made It, Except Me, and explore the complicated inner world of a perennial failure.
