Red Sky and Red Lotus, and Hong Ji [JX3]

Beyond the mountains lies Kunlun's mystic realm, where Yin and Yang and Heaven and Earth conceal a hidden paradise.

Ask only where the True Lord may be found. Don't go searching the rivers and lakes for a sword immortal.

This is the story of Li Changsheng, a Tang native who transmigrates into the world of Bleach.

The not-so-serious blurb:

One day, Li Changsheng held up the Chixiao Red Lotus and shouted, "Bankai!"

The Chixiao Red Lotus didn't react at all, as if it were looking at an idiot.

Li Changsheng declared that this was not how it was supposed to go!

The slightly more serious blurb:

Though many years had passed since he left the Soul Society, Urahara Kisuke still remembered that snow-white youth.

His white moonlight, and the cinnabar mole on his heart.

This story is also known as: What a wonderful world without sword cultivators!

It's also known as: How can a magnificent Orange Weapon not even use Bankai? Master Ye, I want a refund!

Pairing: Urahara Kisuke x Li Changsheng
