As Tsunade's direct disciple in medical ninjutsu, Haruno Sakura watches the whole world-shaking battle. Then these two jerks finish fighting and somehow make even their severed arms look like they're saying 'I love you.' He is standing by, ready to treat them, but looks so disgusted that he suddenly wants to let them die. The moment the thought crosses his mind, a black hole appears behind him and sucks him in. Then he drops into another world. Haruno Sakura: I just wanted to kick them for shoving their lovey-dovey nonsense in my face! They made that thing by fighting, didn't they?!
