The Fox Spirit Daji

[After this one is complete, I'll start a sweet, doting transmigration-into-a-book novel, The Emperor's Darling. Add it to your collection if you're interested.] Daji, the nine-tailed white fox of Qingqiu, is ordered to seduce the tyrant King Zhou of Shang. Her mission is to throw the Shang court into chaos and bring about its own downfall. But as she keeps seducing him, Daji realizes something is wrong... King Zhou's true form is an ancient dragon. All the realms must bow before him. After Shang falls, the fox decides to make a secret getaway. Halfway there, however, a certain dragon grabs the scruff of her neck and lifts her up. Narrowing his eyes, he threatens, "Running away again? I'll break your fox legs." Daji tries to butter him up: "...Aww, Your Majesty, how about a kiss?" 0. King Zhou has no harem, only Daji. Nuwa really isn't a villain. 1. In this story, Daji can't read or write classical Chinese; she can only speak in everyday language. Don't mind it if her dialogue doesn't sound like historical fiction. That's just how she's written. Daji is innocent yet alluring, pure but also seductive. Most of the time, she's the silly, sweet creature Emperor Xin calls her. The male lead, Emperor Xin, is powerful and autocratic, aloof and cold. He has the ruthlessness and volatile brutality common to monarchs, but he is a good emperor. 2. The story has two volumes: the first is the Investiture of the Gods volume, and the second is the Qingqiu volume. The second volume's plot is entirely original. 3. There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's hearts. If you don't agree with how I've portrayed the leads, there's no need to tell me. I won't change it. Let's all get along peacefully. 4. Hope you enjoy reading! Recommendation: The Emperor's Darling (Transmigration into a Book), find it in my author page. Blurb: In the book To Be Empress, Gu Rao is an out-and-out villainess. She constantly bullies the heroine and treats the still-weak male lead like a plaything. Then everything turns upside down. The male lead is made crown prince and claims the throne, while the heroine's name resounds throughout the land. Gu Rao gets thoroughly repaid in kind, with a miserable ending. Gu Rao transmigrates at just the right moment. When she opens her eyes, she's sitting on the male lead's waist, making him kneel on the ground and riding him like a horse. Gu Rao: "..." Is this idiot me? Later, Gu Rao desperately tries to stay away from the male lead. But when she stops seeking him out, why does he cling to her even more? Gu Rao is on the verge of tears: "I won't ride the horsie anymore. I'll never ride the horsie again." Theme:
