[Naruto] The Right Way to Immigrate to Konoha

Famous after a single battle, the Third Mizukage of the Land of Water and the first Jinchuriki of the Three-Tails was known as the "Water Goddess." Her delicate name, "Shallow," and fragile appearance could not be more at odds with her nature, but anyone who knew her understood that she was really a ferocious beast. Yet this ferocious beast is now using her exceptionally useful Kekkei Genkai for sensing to spy on the Second Hokage as he diligently works in Konoha, in the Land of Fire. That's right. Shallow, the "Water Goddess," is a Second Hokage stalker. P.S. The Third Mizukage is an original interpretation, with other original elements.
