[One Piece] One Hundred Ways to Use the Rumble-Rumble Fruit

[Moving an old story here, originally posted six years ago] I came to Earth that day. I thought I could fit perfectly into this world and live quietly as a top student, stay away from idiots, and rise to the top of life, but... Did the intel mention that Earth had some kind of fruit that lets people summon thunder and lightning, whip up wind and rain, breathe fire, freeze things, and even transform into all sorts of plants and animals with bizarre abilities? Did it? Did it?! And is this planet really still revolving around the sun? The seasons are completely messed up, and it rains today and hails tomorrow. This isn't what I was told, hey! And where are the seven continents and four oceans? Don't think you can just pull one over on me because I'm an alien, you bastards! Is this really Earth? = = As for the pairing: Doflamingo, with both of them taking the top, but there's very little of that. The story is mainly plot-driven. P.S. The protagonist is an alien who transmigrates into Enel. The author's imagination runs wild, but the characters won't be out of character. If Oda proves me wrong later, please go easy on me. Theme: Science and technology are the primary productive forces.
