The Tale of the Flying Immortals (Reborn)

This is... one of Chestnut's very, very, very old stories... These days, it's probably an even more obscure genre on JJ... I've always treated it as a dark past and didn't want to post it again, but I promised you all, so... Chestnut has accepted her fate and posted it... A synopsis as embarrassing as my dark past. It somehow has a transmigration vibe: He is an enlightened venerable before the Buddha, yet was born with a damaged immortal root and has no choice but to undergo trials in the mortal world... He is the Holy Lord of the Sun, who governs the fate of all three lives in the heavens, yet spends every day consumed by regret... Their fate ended ten thousand years ago. Why meet again in this life...? (I want to make fun of it myself, but I can't think of anything else...) One-line summary: The painful pursuit of a wife by an overbearing divine general Oh, and it's a birth-of-a-child story, so readers who dislike that should beware. Character types: Overbearing ancient divine general seme vs. aloof venerable before the Buddha uke (It's so cold, I want to cover my face...) It's been complete for ages. You can pass the time with it while waiting for Chestnut's new story. Theme:
