Book Transmigration: As If in a Dream

Shen Mu was an ordinary online writer in the 21st century, specializing in reborn stories where the protagonist gets a powerful golden finger. Then one day, while writing some unspeakable scene, he got so worked up that he died of a heart attack. After his death, he accepted an invitation from the System to become an administrator. He entered the world of a cultivation novel, where he was to play the protagonist and use every means possible to evade a reborn person's pursuit and survive until the story's ending. This would prevent the reborn person in that world from becoming too powerful and glimpsing the secrets of Heaven's will.

But as the plot unfolded, he gradually realized that this world wasn't as simple as he'd thought. Memories of a muddled past kept flashing through his mind, and the original story began to reveal inexplicable inconsistencies. He started to suspect that the real problem with this world had nothing to do with the so-called reborn person. Could someone really be so lucky as to earn the System's favor? No. Everything has its cause and effect!

This is a top novel written especially for a friend (!!!!!!). To indulge this little brat's particular tastes, I'll write a weak gong and strong shou story (I don't know why she likes this sort of thing). It's my first time writing danmei, so if you think something's off, just say so. If I think you have a point, I'll make changes right away. If I don't, I'll ignore you. Hehehe, won't you come support my chrysanthemum? (My stupid best friend still hasn't drawn me a cover!)
