Distant Moon, Wounded Soul

Moonlight, cool as water, bright as endless loneliness

This heart is lost, yet clings to its lifelong devotion

Without you, why am I here?

I only remember the desolate feeling of a clear evening

The vow to never part, in this life or the next

The choice to follow you to the ends of the earth, bound together in life and death

All because I love you
