The Little One Just Wants to Give Every Dad a Home

[Not abandoned. Life in my real-world family is too painful. I can't stop crying whenever I think about family, and I've lost faith in parent-child relationships. I'll keep writing once I've healed.] Mao Tuantuan (Ji Yuanxiao) is the last human baby on ancient Earth. When the Ice Age came, he was frozen inside a glacier while asleep because he suffered from Sleeping Beauty Syndrome. Billions of years later, humanity, having migrated across the stars, evolved into all kinds of superheroes. Superheroes were born as adults, so even after humans searched the entire interstellar expanse, they couldn't find a single child. One day, while smuggling soil from ancient Earth, the Zerg accidentally discovered a human baby frozen in a glacier... From then on, Mao Tuantuan became the darling of the entire universe, its sweetheart and precious baby. He had a whole interstellar society of dads, each more powerful and richer than the last. Freshly thawed, Mao Tuantuan sat in a panda suit on a weighing scale, holding a rubber duck. He gazed blankly at the silly dads gathered around him as the handsome men debated his weight, then blinked his round black eyes in confusion. The scale said he weighed 15 kilograms. Was that really so hard to understand? The alien dads: No, my baby can't weigh less than a cat! The scale must be broken. (Cats in the interstellar era are one meter tall and weigh 50 kilograms.) ★★★The Dads★★★ ① The Zerg leader who defected from the Empire and braved the sea of stars alone Once the most destructive of all alien species. He couldn't control his urge to smash a house into ruins in an instant. But when Tuantuan said he wanted a home, he quietly sat down and pieced the ruins back together, bit by bit. He learns to make cozy night-lights, palm-sized furniture, and fragrant bread. He once sided with the Zerg and treated humans as enemies. But to hold Tuantuan's hand, he tears off his sharp exoskeleton, puts on gloves, and pretends nothing is out of the ordinary. ② The imperial crown prince, who champions militarism and stands at the pinnacle of power His true form, however, is a melancholy blue whale on the verge of death in the deep sea. By day, he's incredibly strong and aloof. But late at night, he quietly plays lullabies for Tuantuan outside the window and earnestly sews little blankets and clothes. When Tuantuan rises on tiptoe and holds up a handkerchief, he obligingly shrinks down so Tuantuan can wipe the blood from the little blue whale's forehead. Any day could be his last, but every day spent relying on Tuantuan is precious. ③ A battle maniac who imprisoned himself in a forbidden corner of the universe His true form is a member of the Feather Clan, an alien species that evolved to devour its own kind, and is extremely dangerous. He was once the faith and refuge of many, and he once did everything in his power to protect humanity. His huge wings can wrap around Tuantuan and soothe him to sleep, and he can carry Tuantuan on his back as they roam the universe. He'll risk everything to break out of prison for a chance to see Tuantuan. And when Tuantuan seriously asks why he hasn't come home even though it's dark, he'll choose to make peace with himself. ④ A genius scientist of unknown origins with a split personality He's so inhuman that people condemn him nonstop. a. He has 86,400 hours of footage documenting Tuantuan's growth. b. He invented the time machine and can control time travel. He enjoys making deals with people and conducting experiments that frighten everyone else but delight him. c. He's a terrifying figure, but when Tuantuan wipes his sweat with a little handkerchief, he inexplicably freezes up, utterly at a loss, as if he'd never encountered a baby before. ⑤ The unruly overlord of the sea of stars A pirate captain who belongs to Tuantuan alone. He goes from wasting away on a deserted island to raising the sails with his little one aboard. ★★★Reader's Guide★★★ ● Written to satisfy my own cravings.
