The Devil's Blues Love Song

After reading Devil Beside You (also known as My Bratty Prince), I suddenly wanted to try writing a romantic fairy tale with a naive heroine and a devilish guy. Ye Ximing is a lovesick dreamer who gets on the wrong side of the notorious troublemaker at the school her beloved prince attends. A domineering, brazen devil with a wicked smile binds Ye Ximing to him with a contract. He loves seeing her angry and helpless when he gets under her skin, but he won't let anyone else bully her... (Of course, he's the only one who bullies her)... When love is bound by a contract, she snaps, "Is one person's love really worth so little?!" He smiles. "You're mine!" Then he tears up the contract she thought was holding her back. Seeing her stunned expression, he smiles. "I'm sure you can't escape my heart." ...That's more or less the idea... For the specifics... read the story... I wrote this story after watching Devil Beside You, so the opening scene (Ximing's dream) and some character traits (Jin Yingxi, Ye Ximing, Qin Xifan) are similar. Everything else is my own imagination and has no connection to Devil Beside You.
