Everyday Life in Ode to Joy

Female lead: Liu Shishi (Qiu Yingying's cousin) Male lead: No CP for now (I've thought about pairing her with Old Tan, but it was just a thought. He's for admiring from afar, not getting close to.) The TV series is still airing, so please ignore any plot holes. If this story still has plot holes after the show finishes airing, please keep ignoring them. I feel for Qiu Yingying. She's just like you, me, and the women around us. I feel for Fan Shengmei, a senior HR professional at a foreign-owned company, as beautiful as a flower, yet born into a poor family that favors sons over daughters. She earns a decent salary but still lives in a shared apartment, and what she makes isn't enough to fill the bottomless pit that is her older brother.
