Sing a song of a world in chaos, and sigh for the recklessness of youth!
This may not be the first story you've read about Chu Fu x Chen A Jiao. But I can confidently say that, so far, this will be the most legendary story you've read about the two of them (though, of course, it isn't only about them).
The Qin dynasty fell, and Western Chu was laid low.
The young Han dynasty unified the land, and Xianyang was renamed Chang'an.
But would Chang'an truly enjoy lasting peace?
It was an age of darkness and glory, of war and changing emperors. Too many legends and secrets were never fortunate enough to be known.
It was a place where people had no choice in their own lives, yet were full of ambition. Someone was always holding a bloodied hidden arrow, ready to pierce the seeming peace.
As a crow weathered by time flew back to the imperial capital, unseen plots lay in wait at court, mysterious figures walked through the night, and tensions between the Xiongnu and the Central Plains grew ever fiercer... Two slender figures walked side by side, striding into the mists of a thousand years. They were destined to be the two most extraordinary, and purest, colors in that turbulent age.
In ancient times, there were shamans born with unlined left palms. Legend said they could commune with spirits!
This story is dedicated to the two most extraordinary witches, Chu Fu and Qing Yi. (Character designs below↓↓↓)
This story will be going VIP on August 16, 2016, with three chapters released that day. If you enjoy it, I hope you'll support it! Your comments are my greatest motivation. Nothing else matters.
Notes:
1. The author guarantees this story will be written seriously and will not be abandoned.
2. This is my first attempt at a dual (or multiple) protagonist narrative, with a plot-driven story and multiple points of view.
3. This is my first attempt at writing about real historical figures. (I've done a lot of research, but I still ask that history buffs go easy on me.)
4. The author is an older working adult, but will still do their best to update regularly.
5. I've written everything I wanted to say in the preface. Please give it a look if you can.
6. Shamelessly asking for flowers, comments, and favorites for this story, ahhhhh!
7. Seven is my lucky number, so this is the most important point! Please click to favorite the author: Favorite Author

Hey, when will you update? Really. . . I promised not to give up, but why has there been no movement? Where is the credit?
Dear, Happy New Year. I promised not to cheat, but I will keep waiting.
Series in my lifetime, I hope I can still live to see it end [laughing and crying]
Happy New Year, author
Why did you solve the V? I looked confused. . . Update slowly, just don't get into trouble
Damn, how did you solve v? Woohoo, keep updating. I want to see it.
Great author, will you update more?
Our Jiaojiao and Xiaofu are certified CPs by Ye Shi.
I have always liked the protagonists written by my wife, who are always sincere and passionate. I hope that Xiaofu here will be a responsible and brave young man.
I'm sorry for those of you who are still paying attention to my slow update of this article. Since I made an important decision in my life this year: I plan to go to the United States to study for an MBA, so I basically spend all my time studying, and I have very little time to update the article. I don't want to take up too much of your energy that occasionally pays attention to me. I want to tell you the truth: even if this article is not a scam, the update speed will be even more uncertain, because there is really no time. Above. Thank you all for your support along the way, and we will see you again soon!
