Knowing When to Push and When to Yield

In real life: rich second-generation CEO Han Fan vs. talented art school painter

Online: silent lurker vs. fan-comic goddess

When they first met, Zhang Chi thought Du Ziteng was a girl, since nearly everyone in their online circle thought so.

Later, Zhang Chi discovered that Du Xianqing was Du Ziteng, and realized he'd been getting his idol's gender wrong all along.

When you're in love, you're in love. No matter how high the other person's defenses are, he'll break through them to the very end and make Du Xianqing see that he's worth it.

This is a story about a CEO who is Du Xianqing's devoted fan, always thinking, "My Xiao Du is just that amazing," and a young man who can't help falling for Zhang Chi, but worries, "If I date a rich second-generation guy, will he betray me?"

Here's a little scene I might get around to writing someday:

One day in the future, President Zhang is already together with Xiao Du.

One day, President Zhang finds Luo Hui and says mysteriously, "In honor of our many years of friendship, I have a very precious gift to give you."

Luo Hui: "?"

President Zhang carefully pulls two unremarkable-looking tickets out of his expensive leather bag.

Luo Hui takes them and looks: two tickets to Du Xianqing's solo art exhibition.

Luo Hui rolls his eyes.

President Zhang continues acting all mysterious and tells Luo Hui, "Look, this is our Xiao Du's art exhibition! Ordinary people can't get in! I'm giving you and your Xiao Qu two tickets, just as a small favor. Don't be too grateful!"

Luo Hui's eyes nearly roll right out of his head.

Later, when Du Xianqing hears about it, he acts utterly contemptuous of Zhang Chi, but tags Zhang Chi's secret account on Weibo and writes, "My boyfriend is real cute sometimes."

When Du Xianqing wrote "my boyfriend," his Weibo followers thought that Madam Ziteng, a girl, had gotten a boyfriend, and they all congratulated her.

Then the fans realized that the goddess's boyfriend on Weibo was the same trash account that used to constantly repost her posts!

Not long afterward, a new saying spread on Weibo: "A fan gets together with the author they admire." If you work hard enough, your favorite author can end up in your bed.

This story features BL, BG, and GL couples. If that's not your thing, please move along.

1. Smiling, crafty top × outwardly proper but inwardly lewd, adorably contrasting bottom.

2. Before Zhang Chi met Du Xianqing, he had plenty of romantic experience, but after falling for Xiao Du, there was no one else. If that's a dealbreaker, don't read.

3. Multiple points of view. The top's and bottom's perspectives get roughly equal attention, though I actually wrote this as a top's POV story. Liu Xin gets a lot of scenes to help set them up, set them up, set them up!

4. A warm, realistic story, perfect as a bedtime read.

The entire story is made up. The author only used a little information about art schools as reference, so please don't nitpick if things differ too much, and please don't compare it with other works.
